Caryn Bailey, President & CEO, The Cornerstone Heritage Group (CHG) LLC, a commercial real estate services consulting firm.

Caryn is current class member of the Leadership Greater Washington Class (LGW), class of 2010. She is a past president and serves on the Advisory Board of the African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP). In May 2006, she received the Member of the Year Award at their Annual Awards Gala. In 2008, she was also appointed to serve on the D.C. Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) Development Advisory Board.

Caryn holds leadership positions and/or is a current member of the following organizations: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Xi Zeta Omega Chapter (Co-Chair of the Tea Rose Ball and 2010 Tellers Committee); African American Real Estate Professionals (Past President and Advisory Board); Commercial Real Estate Women, Washington, D.C. Chapter (CREW DC); DC Building Industry Association (DCBIA) (Programs Committee), DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) Development Advisory Board, CoreNet (Mid-Atlantic Chapter); D.C. Real Estate Group, Greater Washington Board of Trade (Ambassador); and the National Association of Female Executives.

Caryn is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Sociology.
